Online Return Policy
All returns must be initiated within 7 days from delivery before the return is mailed back or dropped off in store, no exceptions. Items must be returned with all original packaging, in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact.

We will accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased at full price (including items purchased with the 10% Off Welcome code). All items purchased marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE. Home, body, swim and intimates are FINAL SALE.
Once your return has been approved through the returns portal, a return label will be provided via email and a flat fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund amount if you choose to use the shipping label. In the event of an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be waived. For international orders, the price of the label is determined upon requesting your return.
If you want to return your item(s) in person at the retail store, you may do so if your return is approved. Please note, your return will NOT be processed right away if you drop off in store; the retail team is not responsible for processing returns. The web team will process the return and you will receive confirmation within 7 days. Please follow these steps for returning your online purchase in store:
– Ensure the original order slip is provided OR the order number is written on paper and included with the item(s)
– Ensure all packaging is intact
– All item(s) must be dropped off in a box or a bag with the packing slip or order info attached, so items don’t get misplaced
If there was a mistake on the part of Mohawk General Store, or in the case that the item received is defective/damaged, shipping costs for delivery and return will be compensated.
Upon acceptance of the return package, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Refunds will be given in the original method of payment.
While the U.S. returns are in transit, customers will be given a temporary voucher in the amount of the return total. This is valid and can be redeemed on another purchase up until the returned merchandise is received and processed. If the voucher is not redeemed while the return is in transit, then the voucher will become inactive and the customer will receive their refund. If all or part of the voucher is used, this amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at the clients expense and a refund will not be granted.
In-Store Return Policy
In-store purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange on full price items only when returned within 7 days, no exceptions.
Returns on Sale Items
Items purchased using the Welcome 10% Off discount promotional code are allowed to be returned. All items purchased during an end of season sale with FINAL SALE indicated at checkout, are considered final sale.
Discount Codes & Temporary Promotions
Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, shipping fees, or taxes. Discount applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply. WELCOME10 discount is only eligible for Full Price items, and the minimum order requirement is $25 USD. Full price items purchased with the Welcome 10% Off discount are eligible for return/exchange within the 7 day return policy. Items purchased during the Memorial Day 25% Off sale with code 25OFF can be exchanged for a different color or size OR store credit (excludes swim which is final sale).
Price Adjustment Policy
Mohawk General Store offers a price adjustment policy for sale items that are purchased within 3 days prior to start date of sale. This does not apply to temporary promotions. Adjustments must be claimed within 3 days of sale start date. Please note that the exact style and size must be available for purchase when your request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments to items that were originally purchased on sale or with a promotional code or on items that are temporarily reduced in price.Sale price adjustments will be returned in the form of online store credit only.
